Approve an ordinance vacating approximately 126,437 square feet (2.9026 acres) of developed right-of-way being part of that certain tract of land out of the Santiago del Valle Grant, Abstract No. 24 originally granted in fee to Travis County and annexed into the city on May 21, 2026 by Ordinance No. 20260521-60, and being a portion of Hergotz Lane located northwest of Dalton Lane; requiring future dedication of a wastewater line easement and right-of-way; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to convey the right-of-way to Dogs Head Land JV, Ltd. Funding: This item has no fiscal impact. All costs, including appraisal fees and public notice expenses will be paid by the applicant, Dog's Head Land JV, Ltd., and reimbursed to the City.
