Authorize an amendment to the contract for additional design, bid/award, construction phase, and warranty phase services for the Branch Library Interior Renovations project with MWM Design Group, Inc., in the amount of $334,199, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $1,019,199.

Additional Backup Information:
The Austin Public Library Capital Improvement Program consists of rehabilitation projects identified as necessary to meet current service demands. The rehabilitation projects are in direct response to the community needs placed on existing physical assets and guidepost established by Council's Strategic Direction 2023.
Council's initial authorization provided design, construction, and warranty phase services to rehabilitate the following libraries:

* St. John Branch
