Additional Backup Information:
The Austin Public Library Capital Improvement Program consists of rehabilitation projects identified as necessary to meet current service demands. The rehabilitation projects are in direct response to the community needs placed on existing physical assets and guidepost established by Council's Strategic Direction 2023.

Council's initial authorization provided design, construction, and warranty phase services to rehabilitate the following libraries:
* Old Quarry Branch
* Little Walnut Creek Branch
* Menchaca Branch
* Willie Mae Kirk Branch
* St. John Branch
