Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $333,604 is available in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund. Funding for the remaining terms is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Prior Council Action:
September 14, 2023 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 3 to the interlocal agreement with Integral Care to add funding in an amount not to exceed $187,896 and to ratify an increase in funding in the amount of $900 for Amendment No. 1, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,550,981 on an 8-0 vote with Council Members Alison Alter, Harper-Madison, and Pool absent.

January 26, 2023 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the interlocal agreement with Integral Care to add funding in an amount not to exceed S27,801 to the 12-month term starting on March 1, 2022, on consent without objection.

February 17, 2022- Council authorized negotiation and execution of contracts with providers of HIV-related services under the Ryan White Part A HIV Emergency Relief and Minority AIDS Initiative Grant Programs, for an initial 12-month term beginning on March 1, 2022, with up to three additional 12-month renewal options, on an 11-0 vote.
