Title: NPA-2024-0008.02 - 2967 Manor Road Revision - Conduct a public hearing and approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 20090312-027 for the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard Transit Oriented Development (MLK TOD) Station Area Plan, an element of the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan, to remove the property locally known as 2967 Manor Road (Boggy Creek and Tannehill Branch Watersheds) from the MLK TOD Station Area Plan and change the boundary of the MLK TOD Station Area Plan, and amending Ordinance No. 20011129-67 for the Rosewood Neighborhood Plan, an element of the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan, to change the land use on the future land use map (FLUM) from Specific Regulating District to Mixed Use.
