Additional Backup Information:
The contract will provide high-volume, high-quality spay and neuter services, vaccinations, microchipping, and operate a mobile veterinary clinic that can be moved on a weekly basis to various locations across the City serving low-income residents in Austin and Travis County. If services needed exceeds the mobile veterinary clinic capacity, the contract allows for referral to brick and mortar establishments. The contractor will also operate an in-house call center, staffed by knowledgeable, bilingual personnel who can refer eligible residents to city-sponsored clinics.
