Additional Backup Information:
The contract provides support for SailPoint, the City's identity and access management platform, which integrates with Workday to automate user access based on employment status and synchronize changes through Active Directory. The initial funding request was submitted by Austin Technology Services in February 2025 to support the Workday transition. Subsequent requests, including an emergency amendment from Austin Energy, have increased the contract amount beyond the threshold requiring Council approval.
