Additional Backup Information:
The contract will provide Austin Energy (AE) with portable three-phase meter analyzers, which are used to check and confirm customer meter installations. AE field personnel utilize the portable analyzers installed in service vehicles to test over 2,250 meters on an annual basis. The purchase of additional analyzers ensures that AE's service vehicles are equipped appropriately.
Radian Research Inc. is the sole manufacturer of the portable three-phase meter site analyzers used by AE field personnel. The standard model #RW-30X manufactured by Radian Research Inc. is compatible with WATT-Net software used in the field and in the AE meter shop.
