Authorize amendments to existing contracts with the Austin Area Urban League, Austin Habitat for Humanity, Inc., Easterseals Central Texas, Inc., Interfaith Action of Central Texas, Meals on Wheels and More, Inc., and Rebuilding Together Austin San Antonio, to fund and administer the General Obligation Bond Funded Home Repair Program, G.O. Repair!, to extend the term of each contract to September 30, 2028, and increase the total amount available for the contracts by $10,000,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $32,000,000 for all contracts. Funding: Funding in the amount of $10,000,000 is available in the Capital Budget of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation through the General Obligation Bond funds.
