Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $1,998,591 is included in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining terms is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Prior Council Action:
September 1, 2022 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 12 to the agreement with Integral Care for behavioral health services and basic needs, to add one 12-month extension option in an amount not to exceed $1,998,591, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $14,937,795, on an 11-0.

April 8, 2021 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 10 to the agreement with Integral Care for the expansion of behavioral health services and basic needs for individuals at COVID-19 Protective Lodging and Isolation Facilities, to add $79,484 in one-time funds for the current term and add a 12-month extension option through September 30, 2022, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $12,789,204, on a 9-1 vote with Council Member Renteria off the dais.

September 3, 2020 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 8 to the agreement with Integral Care to provide one-time funding in the amount of $688,749 for behavioral health services for individuals at COVID-19 Protective Lodging and Isolation Facilities, on an 11-0 vote.
