Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued rental of portable toilets for all City Departments with Texas Disposal Systems Inc. d/b/a Texas Disposal Systems, to increase the amount by $885,000 and to extend the term by six months for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $3,539,000. Funding: $789,450 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget of Austin Parks and Recreation and $95,550 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
