Prior Council Action:
August 28, 2025 – Council authorized negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas to expand legal and counseling services, to add one 12-month extension option for the term ending September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $209,858, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,871,164 approved on a 10-0 vote. Council Member Qadri was absent.
September 12, 2024 – Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 9 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas to expand legal and counseling services for immigrants, adding one 12-month extension to the term ending September 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $209,858, for an updated total contract amount not to exceed $1,661,306. The motion authorizing the negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 9 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas was approved on an 11-0 vote.
