Approve a resolution supporting and concurring with Travis County's application of the Immanuel Road and Decker Lake Road Corridor Plans, partially located in the City, for the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization 2028-2031 call for projects and authorizing the City Manager to work with the County on the plans if they are approved for funding. Funding: This item has no fiscal impact. If awarded, Travis County, as the sponsor of the projects, will provide the required local match and will be responsible for all non-reimbursable costs and 100 percent of overruns, if any.

Prior Council Action:
January 22, 2026 - Resolution No. 20260122-043, authorizing the submittal of potential transportation projects as candidates for the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization 2028-2031 Surface Transportation Block Grant, Transportation Set-Aside, and Carbon Reduction Program Call for Projects, was approved on an 11-0 vote.
December 12, 2024 - Resolution No. 20241212-057, authorizing the submission of City projects for the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organizations 2026-2029 Call for Projects, was approved on a 10-0 vote with Council Member Harper-Madison off the dais.
