Additional Backup Information:
This amendment will provide continued information technology professional services to support Austin Municipal Court with development, integration, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities related to the court's case management system eCourt and its associated interfaces. The court case management system is a complex, core system for all the court's records and processes. Services provided include eCourt configuration, and external system integrations, and onboarding support for the
new senior software engineer.
