Prior Council Action:
April 6, 2017 - Council approved a resolution directing City Manager to identify funding options for connectivity improvements on La Loma Trail and conduct a community-driven planning process regarding the preservation of the City-owned Red Bluff Tract to public use.

The following city-owned properties are being recommended by City staff to expressly dedicate to the public for park and recreational purposes, subject to the existing City infrastructure uses within all six tracts of land and to the future expansion or reconfiguration of Harold Court to include a detention facility within Tract 1:
1. Tract 1 (Approximately 39.49 Acres): Being a portion of that certain called 112.0 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of Austin by Deeds recorded in Volume 2621, Page 554, Volume 2621, Page 559 and Volume 3198, Page 1938 of the Deed Records of Travis County, Texas.
2. Tract 2 (Approximately 10.41 Acres): 10.41 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of Austin by Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 12076, Page 1284, Real Property Records of Travis County, Texas.
3. Tract 3 (Approximately 3.67 Acres): A 3.67 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of Austin by Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 8587, Page 407 of the Deed Records Travis County, Texas and described as tract three in said Warranty Deed.
