Prior Council Action:

August 19, 1994 - Council approved Ordinance No. 940818-F authorizing execution of development agreements with the following independent school districts: Eanes ISD, Round Rock ISD, Del Valle ISD, Leander ISD, and Pflugerville ISD pursuant to Local Government Code Section 212.902 and amending the Land Development Code to recognize the existence of school district development agreements on Councilmember Reynolds’ motion, Councilmember Mitchell’s second, 7-0 vote.

 

September 10, 2019 - Council approved Ordinance No. 20190919-104 authorizing an amendment to the individual Land Development Standards agreements with Eanes ISD, Round Rock ISD, Del Valle ISD, Leander ISD, and Pflugerville ISD and extending the expiration of the agreements by a period of two years on Council Member Alter’s motion, Council Member Pool’s second on an 11-0 vote.
