The Collective Sex Crimes Response Model (CSCRM) project takes a multidisciplinary and victim centered approach to handling of sex crime cases by creating a comprehensive system of change to improve investigative, prosecutorial, supportive, and cultural efforts through the inclusion of representatives from the Austin Police Department, non-profit and community organizations, survivors, and survivor advocates. The amendment will allow for continued project management services for the CSCRM and additional authorization to support an increase in the number of hours required to complete project deliverables.
