Additional Backup Information:
The contract will provide the City with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and repair services for IBAK equipment. It aims to expedite repairs of crucial closed-circuit television inspection equipment used for inspecting and investigating Austin Water's entire sanitary sewer collections systems. This will help reduce sanitary sewer overflows and service interruptions.

Industrial Disposal Supply Co is the sole authorized dealer for IBAK equipment parts and services in Texas.
