Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment with Asian American Resource Center, Inc. d/b/a Austin Asian Community Health Initiative for the Asian American Community Health Navigator Program to provide community health system navigation services for members of linguistically isolated groups, to add one 12-month extension for the term ending September 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $528,574, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $5,487,789. Funding: $528,574 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Austin Public Health Department’s Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
