The contract will provide continued support to Austin Emergency Management in its coronavirus pandemic cost recovery efforts, building on the assistance the City has received since 2020 with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) reimbursement processes. This includes providing professional guidance and staffing support for disaster recovery and grants management, preparing and submitting documentation for reimbursement, ensuring compliance, and supporting appeals and project closeout activities.
