NPA-2025-0001.01 - Neighborhood Plan Amendment - Conduct a public hearing and amend Ordinance No. 980827-B which adopted the Dawson Neighborhood Plan as an element of the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan to remove the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation for approximately 14 acres of land on property generally located north of US Highway 290/Ben White Boulevard, south of West Alpine Road, west of South Congress Avenue, and east of South First Street.
