Prior Council Action:
March 27, 2025 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 5 to the agreement with AIDS Services Austin d/b/a Vivent Health to provide HIV-related primary care, medications, and critical support services to people living with HIV for a 12-month term, through February 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $99,206, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $750,696.
September 2, 2021- Council authorized negotiation and execution of an agreement to enhance and support local HIV-related treatment services for an initial 7-month term with three 12-month extension options with AIDS Services of Austin, Inc. d/b/a Vivent Health in an amount not to exceed $133,794 for the initial term and $75,434 for each extension option, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $651,490 on a 9-1 vote with Council Member Kelly voting no and Council Member Alter absent.
