If approved, this resolution adopts the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 that begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2027. (See Exhibit A for details).
The proposed Capital Budget includes $48,534,000 from the City of Austin’s General Obligation Bond Fund that will be used to further AHFC’s Housing Development Assistance ($38,534,000) and Homeownership Stabilization ($10,000,000) programs.
