Additional Backup Information:

The City of Pflugerville intends to acquire the easement for the proposed Secondary Colorado Raw Waterline project.  In connection with that improvement project, the City of Pflugerville has identified the need to acquire approximately 0.3007-acre and 0.2998-acre segments of land owned by the City of Austin and stewarded by the Austin Water Department.  Conveying this portion of the land to the City of Pflugerville will not compromise the Austin Water Department's current or future operations in the area.

The City of Pflugerville has made an offer to purchase the subject property at an appraised value of $178,663.  The Financial Service Department has reviewed the appraisal provided by the City of Pflugerville and determined its value conclusion to be reasonably supported.
