Additional Backup Information:
This amendment will allow the continued purchase of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and repair services for City-owned Altec utility equipment. The City currently owns 23 units with Altec components, including bucket trucks, hole digger trucks, boom cranes, and portable air conditioners. These units are operated by various departments. The parts will be used by Austin Fleet Mobility Services (Fleet) technicians for preventive maintenance and repair services at Fleet Service Centers, and the services will supplement the repairs performed by Fleet technicians.
