This contract provides access to LeadsOnline, PowerPlus investigations system, NightHawk software, and the Integrated Ballistic Identification System (IBIS) ClearCase Acquisition Station, including associated training and support services for the Austin Police Department (APD). These investigative tools are used in suspect identification, timely investigation of crimes, and crime analysis. Continued investment in these systems enhances APD's ability to conduct efficient, data-driven investigations, and improve public safety outcomes.
