This contract was for migration, hosting, and support of Austin Energy's (AE) Energy Efficiency Collaboration Platform (EECP). EECP is the system used to manage AE's solar, green building, electric vehicles, and energy efficiency programs, including customer enrollments, incentives, and rebates. Additionally, EECP is the framework for administering Energy Conservation and Audit Disclosure (ECAD), which tracks energy usage for residential, multi-family, and commercial properties in support of the City's ECAD ordinance.
