Authorize a contract for Acadis software and services, a law enforcement training records and learning management system, for Austin Police with Envisage Technologies, LLC, for an initial term of one year in an estimated amount of $200,000 with up to four one-year extension options each in variable amounts for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,280,000. Funding: $200,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget of Austin Police. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Multiple contractors within this cooperative purchasing program were reviewed for these services. The Financial Services Department has determined this contractor best meets the needs of the Austin Police to provide these services required for the City.

Cooperative Agreement contracts are exempt from the City Code Chapter 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program); therefore, no subcontracting goals were established.
