Approve a resolution authorizing the filing of eminent domain proceedings and payment to acquire the property interests needed in support of Austin Water’s NW Tarrytown Wastewater Pipeline Renewal Project, for the public use of rehabilitating aging and deteriorating wastewater infrastructure, including replacing and upsizing approximately 2,400 LF of 8-inch and 10-inch concrete wastewater pipeline within the Tarrytown Neighborhood requiring the acquisition of a three-part wastewater easement consisting of approximately 0.0878 of one acre (3,826 square foot) of wastewater easement, in three parts, and the acquisition of a temporary working space easement consisting of 0.0140 of one acre (609 square foot), both easements being out of the Daniel J. Gilbert Survey, Abstract Number 313, in Travis County, Texas, being a portion of Lot 21, West Park Place Amended, a subdivision of record in Book 73, Page 31, Plat Records, Travis County, Texas, said Lot 21 conveyed to Tarryhollow Homeowners’ Association, Inc. by Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions dated August 20, 1975, as recorded in Volume 5246, Page 2261, Deed Records, Travis County, Texas, currently appraised at $4,086, subject to an increase in value based on updated appraisals, a Special Commissioners’ award, negotiated settlement, or judgment. The owner of the needed property is Tarryhollow Homeowners’ Association, Inc. The property is located at 3212 Tarryhollow Drive, Austin, Texas 78703. The general route of the project is in the Tarrytown Neighborhood, between Pecos Street and Exposition Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78703. Funding: $4,086 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
