Gilbert Survey, Abstract No. 313, in Travis County, Texas, being a portion Lot 1, Block A, The Sanctuary Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Document Number 201000014, Official Public Records, Travis County, Texas, being the remainder of that tract described as a portion of 21 acres conveyed to Tarrytown Baptist Church by deed, as recorded in Volume 1169, Page 493, Deed Records, Travis County, Texas, currently appraised at $20,594, subject to an increase in value based on updated appraisals, a Special Commissioners’ award, negotiated settlement, or judgment. The owner of the needed property is Tarrytown Christian Church. The property is located at 2614 Exposition Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78703. The general route of the project is in the Tarryhollow Neighborhood, between Pecos Street and Exposition Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78703.
