March 7, 2024 - City Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 8 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas to provide services to immigrants living in Austin-Travis County to stabilize their immigration status, reunite them with family members, and work authorization assistance, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $105,000 for a six-month term through September 30, 2024, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,451,448, approved on consent on an 11-0 vote.
March 25, 2021 - City Council authorized negotiation and execution Amendment No. 5 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas for Immigration Legal Services and Counseling to expand legal and counseling services for immigrants, to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $105,000 to the term April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022, and add two 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $209,858, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $1,346,448, on consent in an 11-0 vote.
