Funding in the amount of $620,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Public Health Department's Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

May 30, 2024 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Life Anew Restorative Justice, Inc. to provide academic and personal development services to youth to reduce harm and violence, for a 16-month term beginning on June 1, 2024, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $826,664 on an 11-0 vote.
