April 9, 2024 - Planning Commission denied the applicant’s request to allow commercial off-street parking as a conditional use at2730 E. Cesar Chavez St. on Commissioner Woods’ motion, Commissioner Azhar’s second on a 7-3-3 vote. Commissioners Haynes, Howard, and Cox voted nay. Commissioners Barrera-Ramirez, Mushtaler, and Johnson abstained.

On April 9, 2024, the Planning Commission denied a request to allow commercial off-street parking as a conditional land use on this property. As required by City Code Section 25-1-182, Applicant timely filed an appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission and pursuant to City Code Section 25-1-188, the public hearing on this appeal is scheduled for the first available meeting for which notice of the hearing can be timely provided.
