On February 2024, a building and security survey was conducted for certain City facilities to identify safety improvements. The project will include improvements that ensure safe, accessible, and welcoming spaces for facility occupants.
According to state statute, the City must obtain approval from the Council for any individual job order assignment that exceeds $500,000. This request is for the Council's authorization to negotiate and execute one Job Order Assignment from the Job Order Contract program for an amount not to exceed $1,694,508, inclusive of contingency.
