NPA-2025-0026.01 - Neighborhood Plan Amendment - Conduct a public hearing and amend Ordinance No. 20100624-110 which adopted the North Lamar Combined Neighborhood Plan (Georgian Acres NP) as an element of the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan to remove the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation for approximately 125 acres of land on property generally located north of US Highway 183/Research Boulevard, south of Beaver Street, west of Georgian Drive, and east of North Lamar Boulevard.
