Prior Council Action:
August 18, 1994 - Council approved Ordinance No. 940818-F authorizing execution of development agreements pursuant to Local Government Code Section 212.902 with the Eanes, Round Rock, Del Valle, Leander, and Pflugerville Independent School Districts (“ISDs”) and amending the Land Development Code to recognize the existence of school district development agreements on Councilmember Reynolds' motion, Councilmember Mitchell's second on a 7-0 vote.
September 19, 2019 - Council approved Ordinance No. 20190919-104 authorizing an amendment to the individual Land Development Standards agreements with the Eanes, Round Rock, Del Valle, Leander, and Pflugerville ISDs and extending the expiration of the agreements by a period of two years on Council Member Alter's motion, Council Member Pool's second on an 11-0 vote.
