Additional Backup Information:

City Code Section 2-1-168 (Resource Management Commission) must be amended to effectuate bylaws amendments that were recommended for approval.  The Audit and Finance Committee recommended bylaws changes for the Resource Management Commission for approval to Council.  The proposed bylaws changes add “recommendations for the natural gas utility ratemaking, franchise agreement priorities, and operational policies for which the City has regulatory authority” as an item the Commission shall review and analyze and as a subject on which the Commission shall advise Council, and this ordinance puts those items into City Code.
