On May 10, 2018, Ordinance No. 20180510-081 for urban family residence (SF-5) district zoning was approved on Council Member Renteria’s motion, Council Member Kitchen’s second on a 10-0 vote. Council Member Troxclair was absent.

On April 17, 2018, the Zoning and Platting Commission approved the staff’s recommendation of SF-5 zoning (10-0, A. Denkler-absent); S. Lavani-1st, Y. Flores-2nd.

 

Additional Backup Information:

On May 10, 2018, the City Council approved a rezoning ordinance on all three readings for the property located at 12500 Lamppost Lane.  At the time the rezoning ordinance was finalized, it included a typo in the legal description for the property.  The proposed amendment to the adopted Zoning Ordinance would correct the legal description in Part 1. of Ordinance No. 20180510-081 from Lot 25 to Lot 26, Block G, Lamplight Village Sec. 1, a subdivision in Travis County, Texas, as recorded in book 66, Page 64, of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas (the “Property”). All other conditions of zoning ordinance will remain unchanged.
