Title: Authorize two contracts for OEM parts and repair services for heavy duty truck cab/chassis for Fleet Mobility Services Department with Rush Truck Centers of Texas, LP d/b/a Rush Truck Center San Antonio or Rush Truck Center of Austin and Tom Graddy Enterprises of Austin, LLC d/b/a Vanguard Truck Centers of Austin, for an initial term of three years with up to two one-year extension options for a total contract amount not to exceed $4,425,000, divided equally between the contractors or the department may choose any contractor that can provide the required parts and services. Funding: $885,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Fleet Mobility Services Department.
