Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $31,316 is included in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund. Funding for the remaining terms is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
Prior Council Action:
January 26, 2023- Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the interlocal agreement with Integral Care to add funding in an amount not to exceed $27,801 to the 12-month term starting on March 1, 2022, on an 11-0 vote.
February 17, 2022 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of contracts with providers of HIV-related services under the Ryan White Part A HIV Emergency Relief and Minority AIDS Initiative Grant Programs, for an initial 12-month term beginning on March 1, 2022, with up to three additional 12-month renewal options, on an 11-0 vote.
