Authorize contracts for the 2025 Job Order Contract Program with the following contractors: Jamail & Smith Construction, LP; Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc.; Spawglass Contractors, Inc.; RS Ellis, Inc. d/b/a Southwest Corporation; QA Construction Services, Inc.; Warden Construction Corporation; SDB, Inc. d/b/a SDB Contracting Services; Balfour Beatty Construction Group, Inc. d/b/a Balfour Beatty Construction, LLC; Basic IDIQ, Inc.; and Veliz Company, LLC, d/b/a Veliz Construction for initial two year terms with up to three one-year extension options for total contract amounts not to exceed $50,000,000. Funding: $50,000,000 is available in the Capital, Operating, and/or Maintenance Budgets of the various City departments requiring the service.
