Additional Backup Information:
Due to court action, the City was unable to hold the charter amendment election this November. For the sake of clarity, the ordinance ordering that election is being amended to remove references to the charter amendment election. In addition, the election ordinances are being amended in the usual manner to add Exhibits, which primarily are based on information recently provided by the counties.
