August 26, 2021 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 7 with Any Baby Can of Austin, Inc. to provide funding for early childhood services including resources for early childhood development, educational resources for parents, and preparation to achieve self- sufficiency for families to add two 12-month extension options, each in an amount not to exceed $1,652,316, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $13,101,685, on a 9-0 vote with Mayor Pro Tem Harper-Madison and Council Member Kelly off the dais.

This action will authorize the continuation of an existing social services agreement with Any Baby Can of Austin, Inc. for the provision of a program that provides parenting education and early childhood development services and works to increase self-sufficiency for families who have low-income. Prior amendments are listed below:
