Authorize negotiation and execution of a co-sponsorship agreement with The Other Ones Foundation for reentry planning services through the Austin/Travis County Reentry Roundtable for an initial 12-month term ending September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $50,000, with four 12-month renewal options each in an amount not to exceed $50,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $250,000. Funding: $50,000 is available in Downtown Austin Community Court's Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

The Austin/Travis County Reentry Roundtable (RRT) is a coalition of public sector leaders, criminal justice system leaders, service providers, advocacy organizations and persons directly impacted by the criminal justice system working to promote safe and healthy communities through effective reentry and reintegration of formerly incarcerated persons and individuals with criminal histories. RRT seeks to explicitly engage peer coalitions, institutions and partners focusing on racial justice and ending homelessness as part of their efforts.
RRT is a collaborative entity utilizing The Other Ones Foundation (TOOF) as its fiscal sponsor. RRT will be responsible for the deliverables in the agreement while TOOF will be responsible for the financial components of the agreement. RRT has no full-time staff but operates using consultant s...
