This proposed acquisition is required for the 2020 Bond-Substandard Streets-Johnny Morris Road project and includes approximately 0.426 acres of right of way and 0.847 acres of sidewalk, trail, and recreational easement. The general route of this project is along Johnny Morris Road.

 

An independent, third-party appraisal was procured to establish the fair-market valuation of the proposed acquisition. The appraisal supports the purchase price of $77,123. The amount of the purchase price plus closing costs is not to exceed $80,000.
