The proposed acquisition is for park and recreation purposes for the Brentwood neighborhood. This 0.6813-acre site is located just off West Koenig Lane and Burnet Road and features three single-family homes and several shade trees, including two heritage trees along Ullrich Avenue. The property sits at the rounded intersection of neighborhood streets Laird Drive and Ullrich Avenue. No portion of the site is within a flood hazard area. The three single-family homes located on the site will be demolished. This proposed acquisition would provide park access to 661 previously unserved residents in the Brentwood neighborhood and is funded by Parkland Dedication fees.
