The proposed acquisition of a temporary ingress and egress easement and Temporary Staging Area and Material Storage Site is needed in support of the project of upsizing approximately 3,914 linear feet of wastewater interceptor. The general route of the project is east of 3201 South Lamar to the intersection of Del Curto Road and Lightsey Road, and north to approximately the 2300 block of Thornton Road.
An independent, third-party appraisal was procured to establish the fair-market valuation of the proposed acquisition. The appraisal supports the purchase price of $120,388.50. The amount of the purchase price is not to exceed $120,388.50.
