September 1, 2022 - Council approved the negotiation and execution of agreements with five social service agencies on a 10-1 vote. Council Member Kelly voted nay.

Additional Backup Information:
This action will authorize Amendment No. 4 to add one-time funds in the amount of $1,187,565 beginning September 1, 2025, to the Homeless Strategy Office's Rapid Rehousing Youth agreement with LifeWorks. The program is designed to rapidly house youth ages 18-24 in scattered-site rapid rehousing apartments and provide them with comprehensive supportive services. Throughout this contract, LifeWorks has served 177 unduplicated clients.
