Davis Survey, Section No. 15, Abstract No. 217, Travis County, Texas, being a portion of a called 11.1142 acre tract of land, also being a portion of Lot 1, Rutland Square, a Subdivision according to the Plat recorded in Volume 67, Page 91, of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas, conveyed to Rap Villas Del Sol, LLC, in instrument recorded in Document No. 2018171074, of the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas, currently appraised at $148,973 subject to an increase in value based on updated appraisals, a Special Commissioner's award, negotiated settlement, or judgment. The owner of the needed property is Rap Villas Del Sol, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The property is located at 1711 Rutland Drive, Austin, Texas, 78758. The general route of the project is from Metric Boulevard east to Rutland Drive, approximately one block north of Rundberg Lane. Funding: $148,973 is available in Austin Parks and Recreation's Parkland Dedication Fund.
