Multiple cooperative purchase programs were reviewed for these services. The Financial Services Department has determined this contractor best meets the needs of Communications and Technology Management to provide these services required for the City.

MBE/WBE:
Cooperative Agreements are exempt from the City Code Chapter 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program); therefore, no subcontracting goals were established.

Additional Backup Information:
This contract will allow Communications and Technology Management (CTM) to consolidate three different software licensing models for Informatica products (PowerCenter On-Premises, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, and Informatica Data Management Cloud) into one licensing model which will streamline and save time by simplifying licensing costs and renewals.
