December 14, 2023 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Foundation Communities Inc. to provide funding for a community tax center for a 12-month term beginning January 1, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $137,547 on a 10-0 vote. Council Member Ryan Alter was absent.
